1 out of 5 stars1- NO GRAMS, only ounces 2- Was told to make conversions myself. 3- Even with the conversion done, recipes didn't work - such as lip scrub, was so liquid it was so messy, even with ALL the correct steps and conversions. 4- Given a free coupon for ONE of the TWO e-books I bought, for their updated version.

I'm so sorry you weren't happy with your purchase, Jessica. My recipes are all based on the imperial system, not the metric. This is stated in my product descriptions. I've never had a customer complain before, but I'll do my best to include metric conversions in my next update. I've also never had a customer tell me the recipes didn't work, and I've sold a lot of these guides. I'm sure the issue was with your conversions. Lastly, I did offer you a free coupon to upgrade an old guide to a newly updated version. The second guide you purchased has not yet been upgraded, which is why you didn't get a coupon for it. Again, I'm sorry you weren't pleased with your purchase. I did try to work it out and explain all of this to you via email, even offering you a full refund, which you refused.
